Dr Mark Chingono is senior lecturer at the University of Swaziland. He obtained his Ph.D. from the University of Cambridge in 1994. He has taught at thirteen universities, including the universities of Oxford, Cambridge and Cape Town. His research focuses on Southern Africa and revolves around the interrelated themes of violent conflict, development, peace, gender, the environment, religion and regional integration.
